Healthy Diet Recipes - How To Prepare Pasta with Prawns Lime and Lemon

Healthy food recipes - Going into the kitchen with the mind set to lose weight is one of the best step anyone that wants to lose weight and cutting of those junk foods that have put you in the current situation you find yourself now. Going into the kitchen will help you choose the right foods, ingredients and quantity your body needs to help you stay healthy.

When you prepare your food, you know the content and understand that there are know salts, sugars, artificial colors, preservatives and fat. To have a great taste you can add lemon juice and herbs to most foods so you won’t need any salt for taste. Everything will be in moderation.

It’s great to eat more throughout the day than eating a huge amount of food all at once, so it’s better to prepare small portion of food.

Below are some healthy food recipe you can prepare in your kitchen and it fast and easy to get them ready.

Pasta with Prawns, lime and lemon:

Ingredient:

500g large prawns (peeled)

Black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon of Olive oil

500g pasta (chilli pasta will do)

Oil for frying

250g broccoli cut into florets

Juice of 1 lemon and 1 lime

50g basil leaves

4 heads pak choi

1 teaspoon of ground coriander

Preparation:

Add the olive oil to the prawns, pepper and coriander.

Boil a large pan of salted water and add the pasta and cook till dente

Heat the prawns in a hot frying pan with a little oil for 1 minute on both sides

Then toss them into the pasta and add the broccoli, pak choi and basil.

Pour the lemon and lime juice and serve.

This will take fifteen minutes to prepare and will serve four people with above quantity. So here you have learned how to prepare a healthy food so you don’t have to take those junk fast foods that are not healthy to your body.
